just competed another wee ly training in this blessed place on the banks of the holy river ganga …..hahhaaa spent a long time setting up private group on facebook for just the people i have trained …this feels really good to have everyone now connected …ha ha

ahhhhh yes back in this country ..feel blessed …here for 6 months [inshalla]..am at present in the North at Rishikesh and today recieved my 1st 2 enquiries to run 2 DAY TRAINING…so here we go again…ha ha
i have a good room on banks of ganga.. so can easily dip myself in every day and wash away my karma …staying for about a month or so ..depends how the laughter work pans out ….haaaaaaa
laughter on the edinburgh buses

yes we did it ..a flash mob of 6 folk gathered and plotted ..we then took no 5 bus along princes st..top deck of course …spread ourselves out pretending not to know each other ..and then started just laughing …some passengers joined us …some smiled …some tried to pretend it wasn’t happening ….all in all we had a blast.. as it was festival time people are more up for having a laugh….
it felt very freeing and liberating ..would highly recommend this practice …especially if there is a festival in town …ha ha ha ha h

Last night did an interview on our local radio station ..Community Radio Keith …IT WAS an hours slot where Cameron in between his record treks would ask questions about Laughter Yoga ….I loved being in front of the microphone ..felt natural ..was great when i put Cameron on the spot by inviting him to do a laughter exercise ..ha ha

‘laughter stealing wizard’

just led a session of 60 6-8 year olds of laughter ..it was a local school’s health week and they invited me in as part of that
i wrote a story ‘laughter stealing wizard’ especially for this event …it worked well as through the story the children laughed like the animals lion,monkey etc …of course the wizard steals their laughter but don’t worry they get it back again and all live happily ever after
it was a sweet story and it worked well ….he he he

What a treat ….been in Patch Adams company for the last 2 days ..i have NEVER met anyone like him ..high, high, energy ..totally switched on..he came to our community to share his work …to spread the word about his new hospital he is building …we laughed,cried,howled,listened,shared …..he is amazing ….it was his 66th birthday so we had a big party in the Hall ….wow …
