We had a fun filled world laughter daY EVENT ON OUR COMMUNITY’S VILLAGE GREEN LAST sUNDAY …THE SUN SHONE , THE MAYPOLE WAS UP AND BIRDS SANG …VERY GOOD ..YEHHHH

yehh..at findhorn’s community easter conference yesterday i was asked to lead a laughter blaster session …the conference is entitled ‘conscious health ‘ so everybody thought it was very good, very good, yehhhh

Just been training in Newcastle then straight to London for another course …intense and totally stimulating ..received great feedback very good very good yehhhh

So after Tiru adventured on to Goa, Gokarna and Andamans…still training as I went ..on beaches and under Palm trees …lovely ..it has taught me to be very flexible around the trainings ..
I soon realised after I had left Tiru that the Mountain had a powerful and a ‘holding’ atmosphere,,i missed it and looking forward to my return in December …
I immediately caught a cold and havn’t stopped sneezing since i arrived in Scotland …must admit it is nice to be home …still settling back …I wake up in middle of night and wonder where I am and half expecting to hear the wild dogs or lizards running around my bamboo hut then i remember ..ahh back home ..

well what a stay this has been in this holy town …4 laughter leader trainings under my belt and 100’s of folk passing through laughing on the rooftop…it has been amazing and i feel blessed to be able to offer this work ….
on to goa and see how much they want to laugh for no reason …

yep it is true manda reached her 60 th birthday in the year of birth ,,the Rabbit ,under the full moon …very auspicious ..it was a marvellous day …sharing laughter ,games, food, swimming ,cake and all with friends and family …i feel truly blessed
Life here in TIRU is still full of the unexpected ..i love it
have just come out of 5 days of silence ….good stuff

have just led a ‘laughter blaster’ session with 300 folk …awesome …did some simple laughter exercises ..it was last night of the guru mooji so did some appreciation exercises for ourselves,the others and MOoji …it was beautiful …everyone laughing and clapping ….
been to local school to do session ..they loved the rowing laughter exercises ….getting so many impressions and experience working across the board ..all ages etc …feel blessed to e able to offer this work to people …ahhhhh
