It was a big group about the happen. I was about to lead an hour long session of ‘Nourishing the Inner Child’ with storytelling and laughter yoga exercises.

I had been looking forward to it for weeks. I was still in Egypt and so far on these big Zoom groups my wi fi had been fine.

Sixty people appeared on the screen. The first half hour was going swimmingly but then the wifi goes down. What a stressful time..desperately trying to sort out a hot spot. I would not want to go through that again. It was my debut and felt like I blew it. Everyone was still laughing when I kept in and out of the session. Lesson learnt ..never take wifi for granted in Egypt!!

Just had an hour with elders with long term illnesses in Nairn in the Highlands of Scotland . I could see straight away that the concept of ‘ laughing for no reason ‘ was a bit of a stretch for some of them. So after a few exercises i quickly adapted my session to included lots of Breathing exercises as well as a guided relaxation which they enjoyed …so all in all a good afternoon was had by all     haha

A gang of dedicated laughers gathered together on the Longest day ..June 21st ..at a Manchester shopping centre UK and We laughed non stop for 4 hours ..as far as we know it was a ‘world record’ but besides that it was very freeing and a big LAUGH …

Enjoying the cafe scene here in Hebden Bride,West Yorkshire ‘the hippy centre of the north’..i used to live here for 15 years so great to come back …have a few laughs….doing a training at w/end so more laughter leaders on the way in Yorkshire …YEHHHH
