Today is full moon …this means later today around 4pm thousands of mainly hindu folk will descend upon this little town which is at the foot of the holy mountain and spend 5 hours walking around it ..grandmas,kids,cattle the whole shabong ….last full moon i cheated and went round on my bycycle..that was enough for me ..ha ha
just finished a 2 day training .i got 10 people signed up so now 10 more laughter leaders let loose ….
we had a great time ..highlight was a room full of balloons and moving them around as if a meditation …sooo beautiful …we had a laugh..was a fabulous thing to get paid for …laughing and being childlike with others ..ha ha
off singing now ..well someone has got to do it …

A Swedish film crew turned up in my LYsession ..they are following 2 families around India and they wanted to come to laughter club …it was good fun doing the laughter sounds and all running into the centre of the circle coming up against cameras and microphones …the programme is showing in March in Sweden ..I am still in India so wont be watching it …they are posting it on you tube so watch this space
Have just trained up 2 more LYleaders …I love doing the training ..it is the icing on the cake …
what i love about being here in India ..especially here in Tiru which they reckon is 1 0f the most powerful places in India…is that from the moment I wake ,till I lay my head on pillow at night I never know what the day will bring …ho ho ha ha ha

new year eve I went to share some laughter exercises with the children …they loved them …i made up a ‘fan’laughter exercise where they were swaying and moving arms and laughing ..it was sweet …

started the day with a puncture in my bicycle..ho ho ha ha ha ….wheeled it up to the little man who mends them …on the way tread into a pile of cow poo …ha ha ha ….the man mends my bike …hooray …cycle up to cafe to meet friends …we have creamy porridge together..i get out my tubs of bubbles and we blow laughter bubbles around the cafe …ha ha ….
have been sat in here all morning and getting a sore b…side so had better be on my merry way ….ha ha ha

The 3 weekly laughter clubs are going good here …getting around 12 people for each session ….we blow laughter bubbles from the rooftop of tiru and bounce laughter balls …good fun ….gaining a core group who want to go deeper into the work through the 2 day training …it is interesting doing the laughter stuff here because many westerners are here for the spiritual satsangs from the numerous teachers so tend to be ‘serious ‘ i think the work i am doing here is invaluable …always good to laugh at self ….

been here in this ‘holy’ town of tiruvamallai for 10 days now ..started a thrice weekly laughter club ..it is attracting the western ‘seekers’ ..i lead it on balchony with holy mountain arunatchula overlooking us ..it is 1 of the most powerful spots in india ….1 of the favourite exercises is ‘staying in india’ we have a real good laugh about all the ‘stuff’ around india …leading a 2 day training here soon with folk who have liked coming to laughter club ….
meanwhile we keep laughing ..tomorrow full moon with thousands descending and walking around the mountain …ho ho ha ha ha
