Certified Laughter Yoga leader training
Forres community centre is hosting our laughter club. starting wed 3rd april 2pm and it is by donation .
My son Michael and I will be presenting laughter exercises and laughter meditation as well as relaxation. Just turn up!
Next Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Trainings in 2025 are from now until December and are situated in the heart of the world famous Findhorn Community, Scotland. The next training starts sat may 24th-25th The other dates are flexible so just let me know when you want to come and train as I often train up very small groups.
Why not combine the training with a 'staycation' up to this part of the Highlands of Scotland ?.
There is easy access from Inverness airport to the Findhorn Community.
